Women’s Shelter Director
The Women’s Shelter Director will provide leadership, oversight, and daily management of Refuge of Hope’s Women’s Shelter. This role is responsible for creating a safe, structured, and restorative environment for women experiencing homelessness, while ensuring alignment with the mission, vision, and Christian values of Refuge of Hope Ministries.
The Women’s Shelter Director will oversee shelter operations, staff supervision, program development, and guest care, with a focus on helping women move toward stability, healing, and independence. This role requires a strong balance of leadership, compassion, accountability, and operational excellence.
